This initiative comes in response to continued requests from selling partners and valued members. The “Discount & Surcharge Waiver” offer is valid until June 30, 2025, and applies to both residential and commercial plots.

🔸 What’s Included in the Offer?

The offer includes surcharge waivers and attractive discounts on both outstanding and advance installments.

✅ 100% Surcharge Waiver

Members who settle all outstanding dues before or on June 30, 2025 will receive a full (100%) waiver of surcharges.

✅ Discount Structure:

• 4% Discount on advance installments – with no upper limit on the number of installments paid.
• If advance installment payment equals or exceeds 50%, then the discount increases to 5%.
• 3% Discount on outstanding installments (due payments).

⚠️ Important Terms & Restrictions

• Merging of files/plots or any Joint Venture (JV) payments are not eligible for this discount.
• Plot or location preferences will be nullified as per earlier letters:
  Ref: FDH/S&M/08/25/0884 dated 7th March 2025 and FDH/S&M/08/25/0890 dated 22nd March 2025.
• This offer does not apply to:

  ▪️ Villa Apartments
  ▪️ Any other built-up properties

فیوچر ڈیولپمنٹس ہولڈنگز (پرائیویٹ) لمیٹڈ نے کیپیٹل اسمارٹ سٹی کے ممبران کے لیے ایک خصوصی رعایتی پیکج کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ یہ آفر 30 جون 2025 تک محدود ہے اور اس کا مقصد ممبران کو بروقت ادائیگی کی ترغیب دینا اور مالی آسانی فراہم کرنا ہے۔

🔹 آفر میں کیا شامل ہے؟

✅ 100% سرچارج ویور

جو ممبران اپنی تمام بقایا جات 30 جون 2025 سے پہلے یا اسی دن تک ادا کر دیں گے، انہیں تمام سرچارجز کی مکمل معافی دی جائے گی۔

✅ ڈسکاؤنٹ کی تفصیلات:

• 04٪ ڈسکاؤنٹ ایڈوانس اقساط پر – کوئی حد نہیں کہ کتنی اقساط جمع کروائی جا سکتی ہیں۔
• اگر ایڈوانس ادائیگی کل واجب الادا اقساط کا 50٪ یا اس سے زیادہ ہو تو 05٪ ڈسکاؤنٹ دیا جائے گا۔
• 03٪ ڈسکاؤنٹ پرانی (بقایا) اقساط پر دستیاب ہوگا۔

⚠️ اہم شرائط

• فائلز یا پلاٹس کے مرجر یا جوائنٹ وینچر (JV) کی ادائیگیاں اس آفر میں شامل نہیں ہوں گی۔
• پلاٹ یا لوکیشن کی ترجیحات کو منسوخ سمجھا جائے گا جیسا کہ پچھلے خطوط (مورخہ 7 مارچ 2025 اور 22 مارچ 2025) میں ذکر کیا گیا تھا۔
