Exploring Executive West, Capital Smart City Phase 2

Today, we are standing in Capital Smart City Phase 2, directly above Sector D of Executive West. From here, we can clearly see a large number of 5 Marla and 7 Marla plots spread across the area.

To make the location easier to understand, the drone footage is being shown alongside the map. As the drone moves, its exact position is marked on the map, allowing viewers to follow the route and identify the precise location of each sector.

At this moment, the drone is flying over Sector D, while Sector C is located immediately beside it. The development visible in this footage was recorded in May 2026. Most of this work was completed around eight to ten months earlier and has remained in the same condition since then.

In another video, we have already covered the more recent development in Sector B. Each video focuses on a different area and provides different information, so watching the complete series will help viewers understand the overall development of Executive West more clearly.

As we begin the return journey, the drone changes direction. Although the camera may appear to be facing one side, the map shows the actual route of the drone. This is why the movement visible on the map may sometimes appear opposite to the camera direction.

As we move further ahead, Executive West gradually comes to an end, and we begin approaching the motorway. The land close to the motorway appears to be reserved mainly for commercial or mixed-use development.

The map shows several areas where general layouts are marked, but the exact future use has not yet been clearly defined. These locations may eventually include commercial buildings, high-rise projects, or other mixed-use developments, depending on future planning and suitability.

Once we reach the motorway side, the Phase 1 map becomes visible. The drone route continues towards the Harmony sectors, including Overseas Central Harmony. In the distance, we can also see Silicon Valley.

This part of Capital Smart City also contains a major operational area where much of the project’s machinery is stationed. A large labour camp is located here as well, along with equipment and construction-related facilities.
