Today, we will look at Sectors I and J of Faisal Town Phase 2. At the moment, the place where we are standing is right next to the motorway. Initially, this area was shown as the Sports District on the map, so we had plotted it accordingly. However, on the updated map, its name was changed to Silicon Oasis.

Anyway, whatever it is called, the basic layout of the map and all its alignments are exactly the same. There is no difference between them. These things keep changing later because they are developed according to the purpose and need. So, whatever the name may be, our job is to study it on the map and show you its exact location.

Here, you can see that the Sports District, or Silicon Oasis, whatever you want to call it, ends further ahead at this point. It includes different apartments, commercial buildings, and many other miscellaneous things.

Alright, as we continue moving forward and go a little further, this area ends here, and after that, Commercial Business District West begins. Alright? The straight line that you can see extending ahead is perfectly aligned in both the map and the drone footage.

If we look at both the right and left sides, this entire area is commercial. Commercial buildings will be constructed here, and everything will be for commercial use. It continues far ahead in the form of a straight strip, as you can see, all the way to the end. It will continue even further from there. Capital Smart City is located behind it.

Anyway, as we continue moving forward and go a little further, Sector I will begin. Alright? We are turning back for a moment. Let me also explain this side. The entire green area that you can see in the middle is an out-of-scheme area. It will remain exactly as it is. No development will take place inside it, and it is not part of this side either.

So, gentlemen, what you can see on this side is basically the entire Sector J. If I explain the side along the motorway, that is the Education District. Education City 1, Education City 2, and Education City 3 are all its blocks, and they have also been developed.

Now, the side from which we came is being shown to you again. That is Silicon Oasis, and behind it, you can currently see the Business District on your screen. In this way, we are looking at the entire area along the motorway. The map is displayed on the right side of your screen.

Now, the entire area you can see is Sector J. It includes J1, J2, and J3. This is a very large block, and almost all of it has been developed.

If you look at the map, you will also notice this waterway. They have reserved this space for a water channel, which you can understand as a very large drain. All the land on this side of it, which is our side, is Sector I. The land on the other side, the side farther away, falls within Sector J. Alright?

So, this side is Sector I, while the side ahead is Sector J. This entire area is part of Sector I, and at the moment, we are flying directly over Sector I. Sector I also has all its blocks ahead. I3 and I4 are there, with I4 being a small block. At the moment, we are flying over I3 and I4, and we are now directly over I3. The drone path is also being shown to you on the right side.

We are continuing forward in the same way. These maps keep going through revisions, but the basic structure of the map remains the same. There have not been any major changes to it.

As we move further ahead, we are now showing you the middle area. We have reached the midpoint between I3 and I2. There is a small commercial-type area in the middle, with a park inside it. It is surprising because the commercial area at this location should have been larger, but it is very small here. This is because it is located in the middle of a residential area and is approximately at the centre of two or three sectors.

Anyway, let us continue moving forward. You can now see all of I3 and I2, and I4 is also beginning to become clear to some extent. I4 is the least clear, while I3 and I2 have become completely clear.

This is the water channel I was telling you about. On its other side, directly in front of you, is the entire Sector J. Let me also explain Sector J. J2 is located at the back, J1 is at the front, and J3 is located along the sides.

Now, we have come back again and are travelling alongside the water channel. We are moving almost parallel to Sector J and are travelling between Sectors J and I. Sector I is on this side, while Sector J is on the left. There is a road in the middle.
