Capital Smart City Sector O & Sector Q Development Review with Drone and Map View
In this video, we review the latest development in Capital Smart City Sector O and Sector Q. The screen is divided into two parts: the drone footage appears on the left, while the master plan map is displayed on the right. Both views are synchronized, making it easier to understand the drone’s exact location and direction throughout the video.
We begin our journey from Sector Q, which is clearly visible in the drone footage. A considerable amount of development work has already been completed in this sector. Roads, plot formations and several important locations can be identified by comparing the drone footage with the master plan.
One of the main highlights is the central area of Sector Q, where commercial plots and a park are planned. On the map, the commercial plots are marked in blue, while the park appears in green. The same location can be identified in the drone footage, where the land is being developed in a square-shaped formation. This area can be considered the civic centre of Sector Q.
A nearby signboard provides further confirmation of the location. The coloured line visible on the map shows the drone’s flight path, helping viewers understand exactly where the drone is moving. Although the camera may sometimes face left or right, the drone’s actual direction of travel remains synchronized with the route shown on the map.
As the drone moves forward, we continue flying above Sector Q and reach the Sector Q Main Road. This is the same road visible on the right-hand side of the master plan. A signboard installed along the road further confirms the location, making the comparison between the map and the drone footage more accurate.
The video also shows a proposed educational building, which may be developed as a school or another educational facility. Its position in the drone view closely matches the location marked on the master plan.
Moving ahead, we reach the culvert between Sector Q and Business District Sharq. This culvert is being constructed over the water channel that separates these two areas. After crossing the water channel, the drone enters Business District Sharq.
Business District Sharq consists of a long commercial strip extending across the area. As shown on the master plan, it continues in a straight line from one side to the other. Different commercial projects are expected to be developed within this district. The drone footage provides a clear view of the land allocated for these future commercial developments.
A Business District signboard can also be seen on the ground, confirming that the drone is passing through Business District Sharq. The footage then provides another view of the complete commercial strip before moving towards Sector O.
After crossing Business District Sharq, we enter Sector O. The first section is Sector O-1, while Sector O-4 is located further ahead, close to the motorway. The combined map and drone footage makes it easier to understand the locations of Sector Q, Business District Sharq and the different parts of Sector O.
