As you already know, SKY47 is not just a data center; it is a hub. It is a part of Silicon Village. Silicon Village is an area inside Capital Smart City where all IT-related services and facilities have been brought together.

Regarding the future of Capital Smart City, we regularly make videos about it. The entire area along the M-2 Motorway, on both the right and left sides, including DHA Gandhara—and we will also discuss that shortly—is going to become one complete complex.

If you have watched my previous videos, I have continuously explained that this entire area is going to become a complete complex. This is all part of a strategic vision through which, within only a few years, you will see this entire area developing into such a hub that all the facilities currently available in Islamabad and Rawalpindi will take on a new form. People will leave these cities and start moving towards this area. I have also been saying this in my previous videos.

Therefore, this development of SKY47 in our Silicon Valley is clear proof that Capital Smart City, DHA Gandhara and this entire complex, along with all its facilities, will now start taking shape very quickly.

As soon as it takes shape, you will also see your investments flourishing, wherever you may have invested in this area.

We are not insisting on only one thing or directly telling you that you must purchase a plot here. However, through an overall strategic vision, we have continued to explain these developments to you. We will also continue guiding you about how important your investments in this region can be. If we talk about SKY47, what is so special about it?

Basically, SKY47 is not only a data center. It represents Pakistan standing on its own feet regarding data storage, AI functionality and AI processing. Of course, AI requires processing power. This project is the first step towards locally gathering all the implementation capabilities and strength required for it.

When your data is stored in another country, it is, of course, not secure there. Therefore, this is a very good step taken by Field Marshal Asif Munir and our government. They have finally focused on data security and now want our data to be stored within our own country.

Our financial system, legal system and national-security-related data contain sensitive information that must remain secure. To secure all this data, it is necessary for us to keep it under our own control. Its storage within our own country was necessary. That is why all these steps have been taken.

You can see that the original vision of Capital Smart City was to place itself on the frontline of smart cities and IT services. This is also why it was named Smart City. Now, you may understand the vision behind it.

A hub for IT services and other facilities will be established here. As I have explained, this entire complex is called Silicon Valley. It is located adjacent to the Overseas Central area in Phase 1 of Capital Smart City.

If you watch my previous videos, you will see that I have explained everything. Overseas Central is the same sector where I have already shared different plot options and complete information in my videos.

It is the same area that appears right at the beginning when you enter Phase 1. I have already told you that Overseas Central offers many investment opportunities. You can still invest there today, and many plots are currently available.

Not only this, but Silicon Valley is located on this side of the motorway within Phase 1. On the other side of the road and motorway, another interchange for DHA Gandhara is going to be constructed.

I am now exclusively telling you that another DHA Gandhara interchange is going to be developed directly opposite Silicon Valley.

One Capital Smart City interchange already exists before this location. When travelling from Islamabad, an interchange named the Smart Interchange is already there. However, another interchange is now going to be constructed after it.

Through this interchange, you will enter Phase 1 from the Silicon Valley side, and you will also be able to enter Phase 2. When you enter Phase 2, it will actually be the DHA Gandhara interchange.

Its specific name will be the DHA Gandhara Interchange.

We will also publish another video, God willing, covering the entrance of Phase 2 and DHA Gandhara. A lot of new development is currently taking place at this location.

This is the same place from where you will travel towards Executive West and then continue further ahead. Proper development of DHA Gandhara is now taking place there.
